The Dining Room offers several tasting menus, including a 5-course tasting for
just $35. These menus allow you to experience more of Chef Pino's recipes,
and more of the variety of flavors offered here. And speaking of variety, The
Dining Room is the only Hoboken restaurant to offer over 40 different cheeses
on a nightly basis, perfect for sharing and experiencing wonderful flavors from
all over the world.

Chef Anthony Pino searches for exceptional ingredients, and is also fiercely committed to using local purveyors and farmers to ensure the highest degree of freshness, and to keep his menu improvisational. There are certain staples that many diners have come to enjoy, and many of the reviews we've received have lauded these creations.
